How do I make an appointment?
You have three options. You can call 0336 410 110 during business hours, fill out the form on this page (we’ll call you back within 24 hours on business days), or stop by in person if you have some free time. For complex procedures, a preliminary consultation is required.
How much does an initial consultation cost?
You can find our updated rates in the Prices section. A standard consultation includes a clinical examination and a treatment plan. If a panoramic X-ray is required, the cost will be added separately.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and cash. For longer-term treatments, we also offer payment plans—please discuss this with us during your consultation.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your ID card and, if you have them, X-rays or previous medical records (your most recent panoramic X-ray, medical letters, and lists of long-term medications). If this is your first visit, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to fill out the medical form.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time slot to someone else. Call 0750 632 418 or send us an email.
